Airline / Room / Cabin upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Early check in / check out is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost

Quote does not include mineral water alcohol in room, at meals, during transfers and on Sight Seeing is not necessarily included in the cost. As you are aware most of the countries charge for mineral water and in case it is needed on transfers & Sight Seeing an additional it will have to be paid for in addition to the tour price. All hotels do not have Tea / Coffee making facility in room. It differs hotel to hotel and city to city.

Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. Same will be requested but can not be guaranteed. We are not holding any reservations for the above group. Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost. Alternative dates will be provided on which the same price can be maintained. Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs. If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred. Should the group arrive during a trade fair / festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location. Please go through the same carefully as any additional service will result in a supplement cost added to the package price.

NOTE: If the guest does not prefer the House Boat Stay, they could prefer stay in resort.

The guest has to bear any additional expenses caused by unnatural events with concerned to help natural calamities, strikes, etc…

Booking would be only confirmed on full payment in advance Transportation will be arranged depending on thesize of the group.

If one person travelling the transportation charge has to be paid in full by himself.

Persons travelling more than Two or Three, the transportaion charge should be shared equally by themselves.

25% of transportation charge will be increased, if the travellers are more than 3 to 5 PAX.

Persons traveling 5 to 7 pax, the transportation charge will be increased upto 10%.

Any change in hotel / resort / house boat is subject to avilability.

Above packages are valid until (2009-2010).
